Blood Orange
Infused Olive Oil

A citrusy flavour delight sure to please with tangy blood oranges mixed into our premium Olive oil.

This is a surprisingly versatile oil, works as a substitute for butter in your chocolate baking (brownies!). Drizzle over fruit or ice cream. Excellent in dressings.

Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Dark, sweet and only slightly acidic balsamic infused with the intense sweet tartness of pomegranates. Deep, full flavour profile.

Excellent marinade for lamb, beef, duck. Perfect for grilling and added to sauces, gravies, stuffing. Drizzle over salads, nuts or cheese.

Try it tonight…Orange & Pomegranate Chicken
  • Coat your chicken (any type you choose) in Blood Orange Olive Oil, salt & pepper and fry with fresh herbs on med-high heat for 5 min per side.
  • Mix together ½ cup Pomegranate Balsamic with 1/8 cup Blood Orange Olive oil and set aside (add spices or herbs to your liking)
  • After chicken has lightly browned, add Balsamic & Oil mix and toss with the chicken. Roast in 350F oven for 12-15 minutes until chicken is fully cooked (internal temp of 165F+)
  • Top with a drizzle of Pomegranate Balsamic and serve with your favourite roasted veggies.
