Smoked Ribs and Asparagus

Taste Testing might just be the BEST part of our job…and the combinations of flavours at Station Beach are endless!

We did ribs with the Lumberjack Competition Blend pellets in the smoker kit. Rubbed first with Suckle Busters Competition Spice and then topped with Croix Valley Cran-B-Cue sauce near the ending of the smoking. DELICIOUS is the only thing we can say – totally devoured these ribs!

With Ontario asparagus at its peak we have been eating a lot of that too. When you marinade your asparagus in Meyer Lemon Olive Oil and Lemon White Balsamic, seasoned with a bit of salt & pepper, then grill them – wow – sweet and absolutely scrumptious!
